The resonant cavity of vi30 has the same duct design with v30, can output round beam in the near and distant fields(Generally M2=1.1). We focuse these nearly perfect beam to get tiny facula, then we can get the maximum power density on the working face, thus we can possess faster processing speed and higher processing resolution in many applications. New and efficient RF design and working on 48V also make this laser can reduse the size of radiator, thus the total volume can also be reduced which can better coincident with demands of the current market for compact system and small and medium size lasers.
Vi30 only has air cooled type, possesses simple TTL, control through the I /O signal of DB-9 interface. For standard version lasers, vi30 has simpler chassis than v30, it is more suitable for those higher integrated level system. Synrad provides two kinds of installing chassises, which can make the height of output beam the same as v30, also can make our replacement chassis act as common chassis. After using our optional chassis, you can possess the same light output height as other lasers of firestar series, which is convenient to upgrade and maintain the future products.
